These providers may include: cloud hosting providers (e.g., Vercel, AWS), payment processors, analytics providers, email service providers, AI model providers (e.g., Google Gemini), authentication providers, and customer support tools. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data, process it only as instructed by us, and comply with applicable data protection laws. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
In the event of a data breach that compromises your personal information and poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will: (a) notify affected individuals without undue delay and no later than 72 hours after becoming aware of the breach (where required by applicable law); (b) notify relevant supervisory authorities as required; (c) provide information about the nature of the breach, categories of data affected, likely consequences, and measures taken to address the breach; and (d) take all reasonable steps to mitigate the effects of the breach.
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, including the categories of data collected, the purposes for processing, and the recipients of your data. We will respond to deletion requests within 30 days and notify you of the outcome. Some data may be retained in anonymized form for analytics purposes.
You have the right to request restriction of processing of your personal information in certain circumstances, such as when you contest the accuracy of the data or when processing is unlawful. You also have the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and we will cease processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds.
You can: (a) opt out of marketing communications via unsubscribe links or by contacting us; (b) disable cookies through your browser settings; (c) opt out of analytics tracking via browser-level privacy controls; (d) request cessation of data collection by contacting us; and (e) withdraw consent for any processing based on consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing performed before withdrawal.
Our AI Demo Builder and related tools process the inputs you provide (such as ideas, descriptions, and project details) using third-party AI models to generate prototypes, code, and other content. Your inputs may be transmitted to AI model providers (e.g., Google Gemini) for processing. We do not use your personal information or proprietary project details to train general-purpose AI models. However, we may use anonymized and aggregated usage patterns to improve our Services.
Our Services may use automated processing to generate content, rank results, or provide recommendations. These automated processes do not make decisions that produce legal effects or similarly significant effects on you. Where automated processing is used, you retain the right to request human review of any automated output that materially affects you.
Data submitted to our AI tools may be processed by third-party AI providers subject to their own privacy policies and data processing practices. We select providers that maintain appropriate security and privacy standards, but we cannot guarantee how third-party providers handle data beyond our contractual requirements. Do not submit sensitive personal information, trade secrets, or confidential data through our public AI tools unless covered by a separate written agreement.
